Kris Dim Still at it!

Kris Dim Spotted in the GYM! I had to do a triple take because I didn't know he was still training and it was his first time to my gym. Kris is looking huge. If Kris isn't a living inspiration when it comes to working out, after what happened to him a couple years ago, then I don't know what is. Big Respect to Kris Dim and Ed Corney; great examples of bodybuilders overcoming obstacles.

NPC Competitor Daniel Koyama

Daniel Koyama is an up and coming Bodybuilder in the NPC who is local to the Sacramento area. After winning the overall at the 2008 Contra Costa and winning first place at the 2009 NPC California State Bodybuilding championships, Daniel is well on his way to being a top competitor in the NPC.

I'll have to say that dedication and perseverance pays off.
My first mentor that really helped me get into bodybuilding and prepare for my first show 8 years ago has just earned his pro card.
Grigori Atoyan, congratulations, you earned it.
Greg owns several Max Muscle stores in the Sacramento area and on top of all that, he still finds time to train clients and diet down for the USA show and win first place in the NPC SuperHeavy Weight Division.
